Learn about different private universities and business schools. Pay attention to the admission requirements and the specific characteristics of each one.
Complete the pre-registration at the chosen universities. This may involve filling out online forms, taking exams, submitting required documents such as academic certificates, letters of recommendation, and essays, and paying the admission fees. If you choose artistic or design-related programs, the universities will require a portfolio of your work.

If the selected universities conduct interviews, make sure to prepare well. Practice answers to common questions and showcase your professional and personal qualities.

- School Booking and Payment: Ensure your enrollment is confirmed and paid for.
- Official Invitation: Obtain an official invitation letter from the educational institution.
- Document Translation: Translate all necessary documents into Spanish.
- Insurance: Secure the appropriate health insurance coverage.
For individuals outside the conventional student age range of 18-25 and with no prior language proficiency, applying directly in Spain offers significant advantages. We have successfully implemented this approach for our students over 50 years old, as it often yields a more favorable outcome compared to applying through the consulate.

Your family can apply for a D visa for accompaniment at the Spanish consulate in your home country after you have received your student residence card. The processing time for this card may vary between 2-5 months, depending on the city. It is important to note that visas for family accompaniment cannot be processed within Spain; they must be applied for exclusively through the Spanish consulate in your home country.
